Your responsibilities will be:
- Supervise HAIX production quality and processes at the location Vranje in Serbia
- You will manage and train staff, monitor workflows, ensure adherence to instructions and collaborate with the warehouse for material preparation
- Coordinate orders, oversee testing and sample development and ensure machine maintenance and safety at work
- You will proactively organize production flow, enforce error prevention and maintain proper organization in the production
- You will report directly to the board of management (submit weekly reports)
- It will be your responsibility to conduct quality control targets, implement FIX plans and evaluate protocols
Your skills:
- You should have several years of leadership experience in a manufacturing company with responsibility for projects and close collaboration with decision-makers
- Demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving is essential and effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders is crucial for success in this role
- Ability to analyze processes and think critically about ways to improve efficiency
- Confidence in decision-making and assertiveness in achieving goals
- You should prefer working closely with production processes
- Proficiency in German and/or English is required for effective communication with the stakeholders
